BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Sikes, Planning Services, Buddy Walters, Fire Marshall, Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health; Tammy Ward,
E911 Addressing Department, Shane Cummings, Public Utilities, Amanda Bader, County Engineer.
OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary, Landon Chandler, Planning Services
CALL
TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Planning Services, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Planning Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

PUBLIC COMMENT ( 30 MINUTES)
OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A.MESTER DENTAL OFFICE ADDITION-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. No one represented the application and
discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to hold the plat and Buddy Walters, Fire marshal seconded the motion. There was a unanimous
vote to hold the plat. (SEE THE MESTER DENTAL OFFICE ADDITION DECISION PACKET)
B. FIRST STEPS LEARNING CENTER-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Fay Wilcox represented the application and
discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Jay Sikes, Planning Services made a motion to hold the plat and Tammy Ward; GIS/E911 Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous
vote to hold the plat. (SEE FIRST STEPS LEARNING CENTER DECISION PACKET)
OTHER BUSINESS:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Tammy Ward made the motion to approve the minutes for the August 27, September
17, and October 8 meetings and it was seconded by Shane Cummings. There was an unanimous vote to approve all minutes.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 9:10am
