Drive Entrance to be constructed of all weather proof driving surface and be at least 20' wide and 13' 6" clearance in height.  : : VICINITY MAP: NC 27 HWY SHOULD BE NC 27 W  : : Note official business name on site plan. List BOA # & approval date: BA-CU-18-13; approved June 10, 2013 Note new PIN (0507-15-9152), parcel ID # (030507 0045 01), new map # (2017/ 160), & new deed info. A planting strip will be required around the project area. I would recommend showing any existing vegetation that may be used for the buffer to help reduce cost of new plantings and preserve existing trees. If applicable, sign should be at least setback 10’ from property line or r/w, whichever is greater. This will require its own permit. Stop blocks will be required in front of parking spaces. Add note that states “This development is within one mile of a Voluntary Agricultural District.” Show closest fire hydrant location. An improved drive aisle will be required. Note who will be responsible for maintaining the parking areas, landscaping, rec areas, etc Is an NCDOT driveway permit required? Upon resubmittal, additional comments/ corrections may be required. **Please remember all applicable fee’s** If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
