3) Construct Sediment Basin #2.
4) Install sediment fence.
5) Clear area of Phase 1 overburden storage.
6) Place Phase 1 overburden storage and stabilize slopes.
7) Clear area of Phase 2 overburden storage west of Phase 1
overburden storage.
8) Install all remaining sediment fence shown.
