Construct the screening berm along NC 210 according the submitted plans and details. 6) seed and stabilize all bare earth immediately following berm construction according to the attached seeding and tree planting schedule. 7) once the screening berm along NC 210 has stabilized with vegetation. Remove temporary sediment traps 1, 2 and 3, and the temporary diversion ditches. 8) construct permanent up- gradient runoff ditch o -1. 9) Seed and stabilize all bare earth immediately following permanent up- gradient runoff ditch D -1 construction according to the attached seeding and tree planting schedule. 10) Construct Pipe A -1 (2 -24" smoot- interior CPP) and energy dissipater. 11) Locate and flag clearing limits for Sediment Basin 1. 12) Install sediment Basin 1 according to the submitted plans and details. 13) install permanent ditches D -2 and D -3. 14) At this point construction of the overburden storage pile can commence. 15) Locate and flag clearing limits for the remainder of the screening berm along the southern and south - eastern permit boundary. 16) clear and grub the area for the remaining screening berms along the southern and south - eastern permit boundary. Construct the screening berms according the submitted plans and details. 17) seed and stabilize all bare earth immediately following berm construction according to the attached seeding and tree planting schedule.
