The UDO specifies a 50 pavement radius. The surveyor has a note on the approved plat that cul-de-sacs shall have a diameter of 100' A temporary turn-around is needed at Market Place Drive.  : : Street Sign Fees Due $525.00  : : There are some spelling corrections, I will send you out a list Install streetscape buffer along Tingen Owner signatures and certifications Engineers signatures and certifications Take off extra stormwater stamp DRB stamp needs to be on there or we can stamp it at signature time Is there going to be a homeowners association? If so we need the documents.  : : The asbuilts submitted to HCDPU must be revised to reflect the changes made to the final plat. These changes should include corrected road names, lot numbers, and lot count. The final map must include the water main extended down Tingen Road with sizes labeled. The meter box lids must be installed on all water service boxes. NCDOT must complete the final inspection along Tingen Road. The additional meters along Stock Market Drive must be cut off at the water main, plugged, and inspected by HCDPU. NCDENR PWS Final Approval must be issued.  : : lot by lot soil report needed  Engineering (910)893-7555 Hold: Please address easement needed for 18” RCP at lots 96 and 91. Provide channel for water to flow from existing double 48” behind lot 9. 3-66” culverts span 47 feet. The 50’ easement does not appear to be adequate. Please address. Will the culverts create a backwater condition during the 100 year storm to create issues with proposed adjacent structures? Ditches do not appear to have sufficient depth. Upon resubmittal, additional comments/ corrections may be required. **Please remember all applicable fee’s** If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
