CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Planning Services, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes,
Planning Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A. FMA
KIDNEY DIALYSIS CENTER-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Jim Chandler represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Michael Martin, Fire Marshal made a motion
to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE KMC KIDNEY DIALYSIS DECISION

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Jay Sikes, Planning Services and seconded by Shane Cummings, Public Utilities to approve the minutes for January 29, 2014 meeting
