CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Planning Services, called the meeting to order at 9:00
am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Planning Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. DIAMOND DREAMS BASEBALL/SOFTBALL TRAINING CENTER -COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Allan Parker represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision:
Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE DIAMOND DREAMS DECISION PACKET)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Jay Sikes, Planning Services and seconded by Shane Cummings, Public Utilities to approve
the minutes for January 08, 2014 meeting
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 9:15am
