Please be advised that the owners of the property located at 637 Red Hill Church Road, Dunn, NC 27546
have elected not to let Allied Restoration Specialist return to said property to complete work that was
permitted and started on this job. Therefore, I would like to cancel Application#14-50032961 for all
permits under Allied Restoration Specialist pertaining to the above property at this time. We will not be
returning to the property to complete any work.

FINAL INSPECTION ON APARTMENT

1. Exterior doors (hardware not installed) Note:The worker asked me to get the hardware and told me
that he would install it and I have provided all hardware for the doors at my expense plus I have paid
for both exterior doors and the repair of the wall at the back entrance.
2. Plumbing overhead (Pipes unwrapped still after Troy told me to provide the wrapping and his man
would wrap them). V�c..,w,
3. Air handler Connections (condensate drain not properly connected). SCAN
4. Bathroom Exhaust not attached to outlet through wall (loose in the attic).
5. Electrical Outlets have no covers on them. OA`s
6. Cable connections disconnected from the box outside.
7. Shower Installation was done improperly(large hole in wall above the shower head).
8. Hot Water Heater not properly connected (wiring dangling over the water lines not hooked up).
9. Closet doors and bathroom door not painted on either side.
10. Light fixtures not properly installed (bath room light installed next to window and not centered over
the vanity).
11. Bath room cabinet left out over the vanity.
12. Floor coverings have paint all over them especially in the bathroom.
13. Thermostat installation (please check operation).
14. Water to the pool doesn't work anymore.
15. Large hole in North wall beside window.
16. Interior repair over bath room door not finished.
17. Painting not completed inside where several patch jobs have been done.
18. Towel Bar in bathroom not installed properly(bar will not remain in holders, keeps falling out to the
floor.
19. Toilet is stopped up with something(debris from contractors suspected).
Wayne Honeycutt, (the owner) says, "I'm not sure it flushed before we started."
20. Rear Gate destroyed from worker leaving it open and the wind took it out. l am told by Troy that they
did not destroy it, that the wind did it. That was the first thing I told them to make sure the gates were
always locked behind them.
21. Toilets trim caps missing from commode.
22. Yard destroyed by trucks delivering materials and workers driving into the yard during the heavy rain
storms on both ends of our home. I will expect the lawn to be repaired to a satisfactory condition.
