07251955July'' 25th. 1955 The Board of Commissioners met Monday July 25th. at 7:00 P.M. with all members present. Commissioner Glenn Johnson moved, seconded by Commissioner Womble that nn Ad be run in the local Newspapers to sell the old Library Building, Motion carried Commissioner Johnson moved, seconded by Commissioner Pate that travel allowance for the Health Department personnel be reduced from 7¢ per mile to 4¢ per mile, as suggested by. the State Board of Health and in order to confirm to the policy of the State Board of Health. Motion carried. Commissioner Pate moved, seconded by Commissioner Womble, that the sum of 815.00 be paid to the County Attorney for each tax foreclosure suit instituted. Motion carried.
