The Board of Commissioners of Harnett County sitting as a Board of
Equalization and Review, on Monday April 13th., recessed and reconvened as
a Board of Commissioners of Harnett County with all members present, also
the Clerk to the Board and the Auditor were present
Commissioner Worth Lee Byrd moved,seconded by Commissioner D. E.
Lasater, Jr., that $3500.00 be transferred from the County Aid Account to
the Outside Poor Relief Account. Motion carried.
Commissioner D. E. Lasater, Jr., moved, seconded by Commissioner B. P.
Ingram, that W. A. Johnson, County Attorney, be given the authority to
make investigation of the possibilities of buying outstanding Township. Road
Bonds, using surplus township road bond. funds. Motion carried.
