0723195158 July 23rd. 1951 THE BOARD OF COMMMSSIONERS MET IN A CALL SESSION ON MONDAY JULY "23, 19:51, at 2:00 P. M. with L. A. Tart, Chairman, Worth Lee Byrd, C. G. Fields, B. P. Ingram and R. L. Pate present. Also the Auditor and the Clerk to the Board. Mrs. S. R. McKay, County Librarian Appeared before the Board and presented the budget for the Harnett County Library for,year 1951 and 1952. R. L. Pate moved seconded by Worth Lee Byrd that an additional $600.00 be appropriated in Harnett County Library Board, Inc. (Motion carried) R. L. Pate moved seconded by B. P. Ingram that Jim Manning be appointed a member of E. Erwin Sanitary Dist. Board -to replace Coy Lucas who refused to serve. (Motion carried) R. L. Pate moved seconded -by Worth Lee Byrd that the Auditor be authorized to charge off A D 0 check No. 291049. dated. 11 -1 -49 from sheet.
