Galbreth and the Chairman of the Board ishereby authorized to execute deed to Roscoe Galbreth and wife for the sum of $129.54 which is the net amount due to the county for this sale and the clerk to Board will attest same. The Board ordered that James W. Thornton of Averasboro Township, be refunded $2.00 for over payment of taxes for year 1960 due to an error in charging tax for that year. Commissioner Barefoot moved, seconded by Commissioner Cameron that the Board recommend to Sheriff Wade Stewart that W. B. Williams be appointed as a Special Deputy Sheriff for the correction of delinquent taxes for Hrnett County.
