Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board by unanimous vote: appointed
Mr. L. A. Tart, Chairman, as the Harnett County Representative on the committee
to investigate the East Carolina Regional Housing Authority transactions with
Wayne Re- Development Co. Inc. and E. H. Parnell et als
