FEBRUARY 17th. 1958
The Board of Commissioners met in a call session on Monday February 17th.,
1958 at 10:00 A. M. with all members present. Also present were the County
Attorney and Clerk to Board.
Commissioner Curran moved, seconded by Commissioner Pleasant, to accept
the proposal contract presented by'R. M. Turlington for repairs in the Harnett
County Court Room, Motion carried.
Commissioner Cameron moved, seconded by Commissioner Womble that the
resignation of Neill McKay Ross as Solicitor of Recorders Court be accepted as
of this date.
Motion carried
Commissioner Womble moved, seconded by Commissioner Pleasant, that the
Auditor be instructed to pay Neill McKay Ross for one half month salary for
February.
Motion carried
Commissioner Cameron moved, seconded by Commissioner Pleasant that J. T,
Lamm be and he is hereby appointed Solicitor for Harnett County this date for
the term ending ltcember 1st. 1958.
Motion carried
