The Board of Commissioners met in a called meeting on Thursday
March 30th. at 7:30 P.M., with Chairman Brock, Commissioner Womble,
Commissioner Cotton, Commissioner Brown and Commissioner MoLamb present.
Also present were the auditor and the clerk to the Board,
Chairman Brock called the meeting to order.
Commissioner Brown moved, seoonded by Commissioner McLamb, that a
County Attorney not be appointed at this time and that W. A. Johnson,
Attorney, be called in for legal advice if needed. And that he be employed
in the investigation of Tax Foreclosures and Welfare Liens.
