07261965367 July 26th. 1965 The Board of' Commissiones met jointly with the Welfare Board on Monday July 26th., at 7:30 p.m. with all members of both Boards present. Also present were the County Attorney, the Auditor and the Clerk to the Board. Chairman Brock called the meeting to order. Chairman Gattie Thomas of the Welfare Board requested permission to pay a director of Public Welfare the sum of $703.00, monthly salary. Commissioner OfQuinn moved, seconded by Commissioner Womble, that the Director of Public Welfare be paid a salary of $703.00 per month and the motion was carried. The Board adjourned.
