The Board of Commissioners with all members present met on June 21st.
at 7:30 p.m. Also present were the Auditor and the Clerk to the Board
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman and a study of the Budget
was made with financial advice of the firnances of the county.
The meeting recessed to reconvene on June 22nd. at 7:30 p.m.

The Harnett Agri- Business Commission with Mr. Alexander appeared before the
Board and gave a detailed outline of plans which will be carried out during the
ye ar.
Robert Stewart, Director of Welfare Department, appeared before the Board
and discussed with the Board a revised budget of' the Welfare Department.
The Commissioners studied and discussed the various budgets which have
been presented for consideration.
The Board recessed to reconvene on Tuesday,

The Board of' Commissioners met in a call session on Thursday, June 24th. at
7:30 p.m., with all members present.
Also present were the Auditor, the County Attorney and the Clerk to the Board.
Mr. Gray appeared before the board and discussed the School Budget, also the
Mental Health Program in the County.
The Board studied the Budgets as presented by the various county officials.
The Board recessed to reconvene on Monday, June 28th. at 7:30 p.m.
