09141962September 14th 1962 The Board of Commissioners met in a call session on Friday, September 14th, at 3:00 P. M. with L. A. Tart, Chairman, Commissioners Cameron, Barefoot, Warren and Byrd being p^pesent. Also present were the Auditor, the County Attorney and the Clerk to the Board. The Board ordered the County Offices to remain open on Friday, October 12th, until 7:00 P. M. The Board accepted the resignation of W. B. Williams, Deputy Tax Collector, effective as of September 14th, Specifications for appraisal of property for Harnett County was studied by the Board.
