I spoke with the Fire Inspector (Anthony Varney ( ?)) on Monday and he indicated, based on the proposed menu, that we do not need a Vented hood with a fire suppression system. Mr. Neuschafer at the City of Dunn indicated that our current zoning is adequate for the proposed usage. Please contact Carmen or myself with any questions in this matter or if further information is required. We appreciate your assistance and patience as we have worked through this process.
