framing, specifically the following items listed below were observed:
1) Notched LVL rafters at mid span bearing point.
2) (2) 2x10 header with (1) 2x4 jack stud in-lieu of the plan specified (2) 2x8 with
(2) 2x4 jack studs at second floor unfinished attic window.
The following conclusions and recommendations were presented for the above-
mentioned items:
1) Based on our observations and analysis, the existing notched LVL rafters are
adequate as constructed to support the anticipated loading conditions.
2) Based on our observations and analysis, the existing (2) 2x10 header is adequate
as constructed to support the anticipated loading conditions.
