1. Based on visual observation, these room areas were
completed over 16 years ago. There is proper insulation in
areas that are accessible. The room where the garage used
to be as no underfloor acess. This must be installed so
that insulation underfloor can e observed. The electrical
is ok from what i can see. Also the mechanical. No plumbing
was installed.
