RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL
WASTEWATER PROJECT PHASES B AND C
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, North Carolina sitting as
the goveming board for the County of Harnett and the South Central Water and Sewer District
has requested the development of plans and specifications for the construction of wastewater
systems improvements for the South Central Wastewater Projects Phases B and C; and
WHEREAS, the South Central Water and Sewer District has accepted financial
assistance from the USDA -Rural Development; and
WHEREAS, the USDA has formally requested the governing board for the County of
Harnett and South Central Water and Sewer District to formally approve the plans and
specifications as approved by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural
Resources; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett
County, North Carolina, sitting as the governing board for County of Harnett and South Central
Water and Sewer District that the plans and specifications for the South Central Wastewater
Projects Phases B and C as presented to them, are acceptable in matter and form, knowing that
minor changes in these documents may occur as necessary in the construction of these facilities.
