RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF CDBG DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, Harnett County received a 2008 grant from the State of North Carolina,
Department of Commerce, Division of Community Assistance under the Small
Cities Community Development Block Grant Program, Scattered Site Housing
Category;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett
County;
THAT,Timothy B. McNeil, Chairman, Beatrice Hill, Vice Chairman, Scott Sauer,
Manager are hereby authorized to execute any and all Grant related documents
to include contracts and that Joseph Jeffries, Planning Director is authorized to
execute all Grant related documents except contracts.
