1976/12/30 RESOLUTION LEASE AGREEMENT EXTENDED FOR (5) YEARS FOR PAUL AND JEANETTE JOHNSONRESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of Harnett County
and is also advantageous to Paul Johnson, Jr. and wife, Jeanette
Daniels Johnson that the time for the balance of the payment due
under the Lease Agreement entered into on April 14, 1976, be
extended to provide for five (5), Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00)
payments, said payments being due on January 10, 1977 and January
10 of the next succeeding four (4) years rather than Twenty -Five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) on January 10, 1977, and Twenty -
Five Thousand ($251000.00) on January 10, 1978, as originally
provided:
IT IS, NOW, THEREFORE, approved that modification in said.
Lease Agreement be made and the County Manager and the Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a modification agreement on behalf

of the County extending such payments.
