SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR HARNETT COUNTT, NORTH CAROLINA
.ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1877
WHEREAS, this Board adopted an Ordinance on April 41 1877
entitled "Subdivision Regulations for Harnett County, North
Caroline "$ and
WHBREAB, this Board in of the opinion that the amendments
not forth baton are necessary to the clear and efficient working
of the Ordinance$ and
WHEREAS, as provided by Section 0.2 of the Ordinance, the
said amendments have been submitted to the Harnett County
Planning Board for review and recommendation, where they have
been favorably reported) and
NIISBEAS, pursuant to H. O. as n. Stet. 103A -323, after notice
as by law provided, a public hearing has been held concerning
adoption of the amendments$
NOW, THBRBFORB, BB IT ORDAINBUt
1, That Section 4.2 B of the Ordinance be amended to reed

section 4.2 Streets and Utilities
9. Cul -de -sacs shall not exceed two thousand fast (2000')

subdivision in not a minor subdivision or if the
