02/06/89 Subdivision Regulations Text Amendment Art II Sec 2.0 Art III Sec 3.46.43. V, M15 ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR HARNETT COUNTY, NC WHEREAS, this Board adopted an Ordinance April 4, 1977 entitled "Subdivision Regulations for Harnett County, North Carolina "; and WHEREAS, this Board is of the opinion that the amendments set forth below are necessary to the clear and efficient working of the Ordinance; and WHEREAS, pursuant to N. C. Gen. Stat. 153A -323, after notice as by law provided, a public hearing has been held concerning adoption of the amendments; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED: 1. THAT Article II, Section 2.0 (17.) Subdivision, Minor, be revised to read as follows: 17. Subdivision, Minor - (a) Any subdivision which creates a maximum of five lots which front on a state maintained road (b) Any subdivision which creates a maximum of three lots which meet the following requirements: (1) Front on any combination of state road and 30" easement (2) Allow a maximum of six (6) lots to be created on any easement 2. THAT Article III, Section 3.4, 1 -b (3) shall be deleted from the Harnett County Subdivision Regulations and the section re- numbered as needed. 3. THAT Article III, Section 3.4, 1 -d be revised to read as follows: Development Limitation - There shall only be two (2) minor subdivisions approved on any original tax parcel in any twenty -four (24) month period prior to February, 1989, and after February 1989, there shall be a maximum of one minor subdivision per property owner. 4. THAT Article III, Section 3.4 be revised to read as follows: The subdivider shall meet all provisions of this Ordinance, except Article III, Sections 3.1 and 3.2, and Article IV, Section 4.2, which are hereby waived.
