What, NCDOT hasn't gotten back with you. How dare David Plummer. Next time I see him I'll give him 40
lashes.
They have taken over phases 1 & 2. We are currently working on phase 3 (David has inspected the property, we
have met twice to go over the report and the contractors are coming this week, I hope, to start the repairs). We
should be pretty good to go with phase 3. The only remaining outstanding items will be the 4 houses that we
have under construction and he has some ditch erosion issues that he acknowledges will be taken care of once
the houses are completed (graded and landscaped). Two of them will be completed by the first to middle of Feb.,
one by April, the last by June. David said he noted this and was giving us time to complete.

final approval of Phase 4A and have a question. Can you tell me how much of your previous phases (1
& 2 or all 3) have been taken over by DOT? I’ve tried contacting them and haven’t heard back.
