A tenant house and pack barn was removed bringing the new taxable value to $28,260. 05-0625 0015 01 Taxable value of property known as 2.47 acres John Dove Land was $5,040. A wood deck was added to the left side of the house, vinyl was added as the second floor, 4 bed- rooms was changed to 3, heating system was changed from none to gas furnace with central air. All these changes brought the new taxable value down to $31,590 which also I reflects that the effective year built was brought down from 1960 to 1946. 02-1516-08-01-0007 Taxable value on property known as 1 Lot 24x150 E Broad street was $39,030. The interior wall was changed from plywood panel to minimum and a 24x15 section of the base was changed to finished storage and a 4x2 section of base was changed to canopy, the unfinished storage was changed to finished. The new taxable value is $38,590. 02-1516-11-01-0013 Taxable value of property known as 1 Lot 114 E Broad street & Bldg 24x122 was $38,030. A 4x6 portion of the base was changed to show that it was actually cut out. The new taxable value is $37,800. The twelve mobile spaces were removed and the trailer park land code was was changed to a homesite since there is one mobile home on the property with 1.22 ac woods and 2 acres swamp. These changes reduced the taxable value to $6,320. 02-1516-07-53-0004 Taxable value of the property known as 1 Lot 911 North Ellis Ave 50x140 was $40,320. The wood exterior wall was changed to vinyl siding, 1 bath was changed to 1 1/2 baths, effective year 1965 was dropped to 1960 and a 5% economic obsolesence was added. These changes brought the new taxable value to $35,660. I 02-1516-07-11-0005 Taxable value of the property known as 1 lot 405 West Har- nett street by deed 60x15 was $40,210. Footing was changed to continuous from piers, exterior wall siding was changed to vinyl siding, no heat changed to oil fur- nace not ducted, use code changed from single family residence to multi-family dwelling, a finished open porch was added to the base of the dwelling and a wood deck was added to the finished upper story. ~e effective year built was increased from 1955 to 1965. The new taxable value after these changes is $36,030. 02-1516-07-53-0005 Taxable value of property known as 1 Lot 913 North Ellis Ave was $30,220. Masonite siding on dwelling changed to wood, effective year 1965 was reduced to 1960. An econ- omic obsolescence of 5% was added along with an abnormal depreciation of 5%. These changes brought the new tax- able value to $24,490. 02-1518 0001 Taxable value on the property known as 20.61 acres L. o. Stephenson land is now $71,660. Twelve mobile home spaces that were taken off of 02-1519 0032 was added to this tract and two acres of land were coded as a mobile home park. The above minutes were presented to the Board of Equalization and Review by Tony wilder at the July 1, 1990 meeting. They were approved as is. These changes increased the value of the property to $88,610. There was also a 38x38 garage added in the out buildings. On the dwelling the not ducted forced air was changed to ducted, the effective year built was changed from 1955 to 1950, a 15% abnormal depreciation was applied and a 8x14 area of I base was changed to finished enclosed porch. Also, the garage in the outbuildings was removed. The new taxable value is $21,170. Walter T. Weeks..... 02-1517-19-23-0168 The taxable value of the property known as 80x144 1 lot #15 Lula Lee was $5,920. Per the commissioners the value , was changed to the prior value of $1,520 due to the fact that the property was wet with no access. \ Billy Ray Brown (MiChael M. Hodges)..... 11-0660 0002 ' Taxable value of property known as 8.14 acres Matthews & Johnson Hwy 4 was $418,930. On the first building an 8x20 section of the office was changed to a finished open porch. A chain link fence has been added. These changes brirtgs the new taxable value on this building only to $164,630. There were no changes on the second and third buildings. The total taxable value of the entire parcel is $425,730. Betty A. Weaver..... 07-0690-15-30-0016 Taxable value of property known as Lot #10 Oakridge .85 Acre was $43,090. The drawing of the house was slightly changed reducing the number of effective square feet from 1,222 to 1,062. This reduced the taxable value to $40,040. Walter C. & Sandra Cooper..... I 04-0674-15-10-0015 Taxable value of this property known as 1 lot 205 West Broad street was $77,220. No changes were made to the property. Note was made that the owners were satisfied with their property and that they would call and give the other property that should be appraised likewise. The Coopers have never called back. There taxable value remains the same. 537 westview Memorial Gardens..... 13-0640 0011 Taxable value of property known as .5 Acres Ross & J A Little North Side of Hwy 421 was $22,000. Property was reviewed and conditioned down sot as residual land. ~e new taxable value is $750.00. I 13-0640-0012 Taxable value of property known as 1.7 Acres J H Atkins land was $27,280. The property was reviewed and condi- tioned down sot as residual land. The new taxable value is $1,150. 13-0640-0013 Taxable value of property known as 3.91 Acres Atkins land was $17,820. The property was reviewed and all developed unsold lots were priced individually. 1.91 acres of the tract was conditioned down to sot as residual land. ~e new taxable value is $41,230.
