I keep getting interrupted and haven’t had the chance to finish reviewing. See below in the meantime.   I have not received a review back from either Harnett County E911 or Public Utilities. We cannot approve anything until all DRB member departments give us the go ahead. As I stated earlier, we also have to receive something from DOT stating that they have taken (or are in the process of taking) over streets in Richmond Park/Northridge Plantation that are used to access this phase of your development. We will also need to do a site visit to verify whether our engineer comments have been met.   Just an FYI… I know that you guys have submitted another phase of Lexington Plantation to the DRB. As a reminder, we have the first submittal for the condos as well (that was submitted about a year ago). When the development was preliminarily approved, it was with the condition that no more than 200 lots can be developed until the new wastewater treatment facility is running, per Harnett County Public Utilities.
