Kenlan Farms has provided everything that HCDPU needs for the utilities and satisfied the conditional approval
as long as the Fire Marshal is satisfied with the layout of the fire hydrants. If the fire hydrant locations are revised,
then the Utility Plans would need to be revised to reflect that. Otherwise, you can release the preliminary plat as
approved from HCDPU. Thanks for checking with us on it.
