Public Utilities: WATER METERS FOR THE RESIDENTIAL LOTS MAY NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE NCDENR FINAL
APPROVAL FOR THE NEW WATER LINES HAS BEEN ISSUED TO HCDPU.
Fire Mashal: WILL FIELD VERIFY ALL MAIN SIZES AND PLACEMENT OF FIRE HYDRANTS PRIOR TO RELEASE OF
BOND/LETTER OF CREDIT

day.
If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term
Conditions have been rectified.
If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been
rectified.
If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning
Staff to discuss other potential options.
