Scott,
As per our ordinance, the application was reviewed by the Development Review Board. The application was
heard at the January 10, 2007 meeting of the DRB. Because there were quite a few corrections that needed
to be made on the plat, the DRB voted to hold the application. Attached is the ballot from the meeting. All of
the short-term conditions noted on the ballot must be made and another set of plans must be resubmitted for
review by the DRB. It is my recommendation that the developer and/or a representative of the developer be
present any and all meetings at which the application is being heard.
