Oakmont Subdivision Phase I changes Subdivision From:Scott Brown [sbrown@4dsitesolutions.com] Sent:Wednesday, June 18, 2008 11:26 AM To:Jay Sikes Cc:Billy Maxwell Subject:Oakmont Subdivision Phase I changes Jay, Per our conversation earlier, lot 28 in Phase I will be deleted as a result of getting the required right of needed for the road widening required by NCDOT. It is being traded out in a swap for the needed right of way. Based on our conversation, there will not be a problem in the final plat lot count not matching the approved preliminary plat lot count because the lot count is decreasing and not increasing. The cul-de-sac bulb next to lot 28 will be moved closer to the intersection to gain separation from what once was lot 28. A revision to the preliminary plat is not required at this time. Per your comment, the lot numbers on the final plat will not change from the preliminary plat to account for the loss of lot 28. A note will be added to the plat stating that lot 28 was deleted. thanks, Scott Brown, PE 4D Site Solutions, Inc. 409 Chicago Drive, Suite 112 Fayetteville, NC 28306 Phone: 910.426.6777 ext. 102 Fax: 910.426.5777 Cell: 910.489.6731 sbrown@4dsitesolutions.com 1
