RE: Rosemont Phase 2 Preliminary Subdivision
To Whom It May Concern:
Included you will find a copy of the Development Review Board’s January 10,
2007 ballot regarding the above mentioned preliminary subdivision.
As stated during the meeting, the DRB voted to ‘Hold’ the application. This means
that all short term conditions listed on the ballot were to have been made and
resubmitted to the Planning Department by 12 Noon on the first Friday following
the DRB decision in order to attend the next DRB meeting.
Because that was not done, all re-submittals will be made to follow the DRB
schedule as published.
