The proposed subdivision is a 19 lot single family residential development with lot sizes ranging from .44 acres to 1.89 acres. This project is proposed to be developed in two phases. The proposed street is 1320 linear feet with a cul-de-sac located at the end of proposed street, note that a 50’ rights of way abuts the Cul-de-sac. It is staffs understanding that the developer does not intend to develop the John Tucker, Consulting Engineer for Harnett County recommends 50’ right of way. that the proposed road be extended to State Road 1005 Mckoy Town Road. The applicant is requesting that the proposed development be treated as a separate development from the Sherwood Forest Subdivision.
