NCDENR must complete the review of the utility plans and issue the permit for the new water line extensions. Public Utilities: 2. The Utility Contractor must schedule a pre-construction conference with HCDPU and provide the material submitals to the Utility Construction Inspector before the construction may begin. Public Utilities: 3. HCDPU must complete the all inspections and testing of the water line extensions installed to serve this subdivision. Public Utilities: 4. The Professional Engineer (PE) must submit the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certification and Cost Statement to HCDPU for the new water and sewer collection lines installed in this subdivision. Public Utilities: 5. The Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water mains and sewer collection lines and associated appurtenances that serve this project once the new utility improvements have been approved by HCDPU and NCDENR.  :  :  :  :  :  :     Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business day. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
