Bridge Road and Will Lucas Road must be extended to serve this proposed subdivision.
The Developer must hire a PE to design the water and sewer lines to serve the residential lots
in this development.
The developer must provide HCDPU with a Master Development Plan including the proposed
streets, lots and phase lines.
