project must be obtained from NCDENR and posted on site prior to start of construction. The PE should
submit at three (3) copies of the Utility Plans, Engineer's Report and Project Specifications along with a
three party NCDOT Encroachment Agreement to HCDPU for review and subsequent approval. The
existing
fire hydrant on Thornton's Creek Drive and the proposed fire hydrant locations may need to be adjusted
for optimal coverage of the area.
