SHORT TERM:
The Developer or Builder must pay HCDPU to install water service taps for each lot. The taps
must be made on Harnett County's existing six (6") inch water line in accordance with the
current HCDPU Standards and Specifications.
The developer must pay HCDPU the capacity fees, tap fees, and meter fees ($1,525.00 per lot)
for these new taps before any meters may be set on any lot.
