This is to inform you that the Harnett County Board of Adjustment approved the
Conditional Use Permit for the above referenced property on December 12, 2005. The
application will be forwarded to the Harnett County Planning Board for approval of the
Preliminary Plat and Outline Development Plan after prelimary review from the Planning
Department.
Please see the Harnett County Zoning Ordinance for further information that is to be
included on the preliminary plat. Also, comments will be forwarded after the review is
complete.
