The Professional Engineer (P.E.) must submit the P.E. Certification for the water and sewer
lines installed to serve this subdivision to HCDPU.
The Developer must provide HCDPU with a cost statement of the water and sewer system
improvements installed to serve the subdivision.
A bond may be submitted to cover the cost of the utility improvements until the water and
sewer systems have been installed, inspected, tested, certified and approved by NCDENR and
HCDPU in order to record the final plat. However, modified sewer collection permit
WQ#0031668 for SC WW Phase 1A must be issued by NCDENR - Division of Water Quality
before the bond could be submitted to Harnett County for review and approval.
A twenty (20') feet wide easement must be provided to Harnett County for all utilities not
installed within the right-of-way of the subdivision streets.

Gravity sewer for Phase 1 must be completed by the completion of Phase 3 in order to convert
houses on Turnbridge Way from pump tanks to gravity sewer.
The Developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the water and sewer lines
