The site plan that was submitted for the Highgrove @ A/C., has been reviewed. Below
you will fine the changes to be made to the site plan to be compliance with the N.C Fire
Prevention Code and the County Ordinances.
Ingress and Egress approved with the already approved emergency exit.
Vertical clearance to comply with IFC of 13’ 6”
Fire access road width approved
Utilities not approved, will co-review utility construction documents with Tim
Payseur, HCPU
