Development Name: Haddon Pointe - 007-0-29

Address/SR No.: Ballard Road (SR 1437)
Water
Public water is available for this development (via Harnett County)
Comments: HCDPU has an existing four (4") inch water main located on Ballard Road that would not
provide adequate fire flow for this project. the preliminary plans indicate that the developer intends to
install a six (6") inch water line from the exisitng twelve (12") inch water main located on the north side
of
Harnett Central Road (SR 2215) to serve this development. If the six (6") inch water line must be
extended more than 2,000 linear feet, then the developer should extend an eight (8") inch water line
from
the exisitng twelve (12") inch water main located on the north side of Harnett Central Road (SR 2215) to
serve this development. Otherwise, the preliminary plat would be acceptable to HCDPU.

Harnett County.

the wastewater disposal as HCDPU does not have county sewer available within close proximity of this
development.
NOTE: The septic tanks for each residential lot must be approved by The Harnett County Environmental
