The following conditions must be satisfied
Public Utilities: THE PLANS ANS ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY NCDENR-PWSS AND ALL
PERMITS ISSUED FOR UTILITY SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
Public Utilities: ONCE THE STATE HAS ISSUED ALL THE NECESSARY NCDENR PERMITS FOR WATER,EROSION
CONTROL AS WELL AS THE EXCUTION OF THE THREE PARTY NCDOT ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT, THEN THE UTILITY CONTRACTOR AND PROFESIONAL ENGINEER MUST SCHEDULE A
PRE-CONSTRUCTON MEETING WITH HCDPU PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS.

day.
If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term
Conditions have been rectified.
If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been
rectified.
If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning
Staff to discuss other potential options.
