CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM:
The Developer must hire a PE to design the water lines to serve the residential lots in this
development in accordance with the approval process of HCDPU. The water lines must be
permitted with NCDENR and certified by the P.E.
The proposed water line on Royal Palm Lane (West) should be moved to the right side of the
road to keep the fire hydrant leg out from under the pavement.
The Developer must hire a licensed Utility Contractor to install water and sewer lines to serve
the residential lots in this development in accordance with the approval process of HCDPU.
