Box 730 Angier, NC 27501 Re: Preliminary Planned Unit Development Plat Review – Forest Trails Subdivision To Whom It May Concern: I have reviewed the following preliminary planned unit development plan and offer the following comments: Must obtain Conditional Use approval by the Board of Adjustment.  Submit one (1) – 11”x17” reduction  Submit an Outline Development Plan for review.  A copy of the organizational papers and by-laws for the Homeowners’ Association  must be filed with the Outline Development Plan. Name and address of current owner(s) must be noted on plans.  The lot shown after lot 17 on sheet one should be numbered 18.  Minimum lot size is 15,000 square feet.  Lot 27 must have 80 feet of lot frontage.  If showing Harnett County Minimum Building Setback Requirements please make  note of RA-20M and RA-20R, not just RA-20. The deadline for submitting applications for conditional use to the Board of Adjustment is 12:00 p.m. on August 17, 2001. The conditional use application will be presented to the Board of Adjustment on September 10, 2001. Upon approval by the Board of Adjustment you will need to resubmit your revisions by September 11, 2001 to go before the Planning Board on October 2, 2001.
