The proposed subdivision is a 15 lot industrial development located in the Buckhorn Township.  Existing Facilities are located on lot 3 and lot 7. Lot 7 seven contains a single wide manufactured home, this is a nonconforming use.  Adjacent uses consist of single family dwellings, kennel, horse farm, water tower, illegal auto repair business, rail road tracks, Manufactured Home Park and Duncan Junction Convenience store.  Existing Timber Company is not part of the proposed development and appears to have direct access to Hwy 42.
