The proposed Dexterfield PUD is a 68 lot single family residential development with 6.8 acres of open space and recreational area. According to the Land Use Plan, this area is projected to be a mixture of Agriculture-Low Density Residential, Compact Mixed Use, and a Rural Development Node. Located on an adjacent lot is a communications tower. It meets all required setbacks, which are equal to the height of the tower. FUTURE ACTION If the Board of Adjustment approves the conditional use permit for the proposed Dexterfield PUD, the application will be forwarded to the December 6, 2004, Planning Board meeting for approval of the Outline Development Plan and Preliminary Plat approval.
