Hey guys I have received and reviewed the new soils report for Summer Hill and everything is OK.
I talked to Mickey Bennett about some wording on the maps for Pioneer Farms and Cedar Landing,
but I have not seen the maps. If I need to see them someone can call me at 910 984 4739.
The wording we discussed was (These lots were not approved or suitable for septic systems at
the time of the survey), or something like that.
