and 13. The final plat, as conditionally approved, also shows this stub-out. Upon
inspection planning staff found that the stub-out was not built.
Developer has submitted this revised preliminary plat, removing the stub-out, so as to
proceed without constructing it.
INTERCONNECTIVITY
Where, in the opinion of the Planning Board it is necessary to provide for access to an
adjoining property, proposed streets shall be extended by dedication to the boundary of
